Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC seeks a skilled ServiceNow specialist to drive ITSM implementations, platform upgrades, and enterprise workflows. You will design and deploy scoped apps using App Engine Studio and leverage platform APIs for upgrade-safe solutions.

Ideal candidates will have CSA/CAD certifications and ITIL 4 Foundation, with strong Agile delivery experience to manage sprint cycles and governance. This role is on-site in the Atlanta area and adheres to merit-based hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM including platform upgrades, performance tuning, and enterprise workflows.
• Proven ability to design and build scoped custom applications using App Engine Studio and platform APIs.
• Demonstrated Agile delivery experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation of ServiceNow ITSM across enterprise environments.
• Develop and upgrade custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow APIs.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Align the advanced technical stack with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

1. Enterprise ServiceNow Experience (5+ Years): Demonstrate deep hands‑on expertise across ITSM, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and cross‑functional enterprise workflows.
2. App Engine Studio & Custom Applications (3+ Years): Feature projects where custom, upgrade‑safe, scoped applications were designed and built utilizing platform APIs.
3. Agile / Sprint Delivery (3+ Years): Frame past delivery history within sprint‑based frameworks, backlog grooming, and change review governance.
4. Advanced Technical Stack Alignment

Required Certifications Checklist

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience)

• Availability: Must be ready to start within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the client's selection date.
