Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to drive ITSM initiatives, implement upgrade paths, and optimize performance across enterprise workflows. You will architect upgrade-safe, scoped applications using platform APIs and collaborate in sprint-based delivery models.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and holds CSA, CAD, and ITIL 4 certifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, upgrades, performance tuning.

• Proven track record delivering in sprint/Dop backlog/gov change review environments.

Job Description:

• 1. Enterprise ServiceNow Experience (5+ Years): Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise across ITSM, platform upgrades, performance tuning, and cross-functional enterprise workflows.
• 2. App Engine Studio & Custom Applications (3+ Years): Feature projects where custom, upgrade-safe, scoped applications were designed and built utilizing platform APIs.
• 3. Agile / Sprint Delivery (3+ Years): Frame past delivery history within sprint-based frameworks, backlog grooming, and change review governance.
• 4. Advanced Technical Stack Alignment

Required Certifications Checklist:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience)

Submission & Compliance Guidelines:

• Availability: Must be ready to start within 2 weeks (10 business days) of the client's selection date.
• Absence Policy: Absences exceeding two weeks require prior CAI management approval with reachable contact information provided.
