Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a senior ServiceNow Professional to design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will implement multiple modules, integrate systems via REST/SOAP, and collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and create thorough technical documentation. A DOE security clearance is required, with travel to onsite as needed; remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant discipline with 7+ years of directly related ServiceNow experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
• Willingness to travel onsite as needed; remote work allowed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Implement and support multiple ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow apps and workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in application development.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• BS in relevant discipline plus minimum 7 years or more years of directly related experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job.

Required Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
