Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a seasoned ServiceNow expert in Loveland, CO, to own administration, development, and solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC. You will optimize catalogs, flows, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal while guiding ITIL-aligned processes and upgrades.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on experience, exceptional stakeholder communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS, ITIL Foundation, CTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules.
• Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and automation processes.
• Architect scalable ServiceNow configurations and perform platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
