Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a senior ServiceNow professional to design, administer, and evolve our ServiceNow platform in Colorado.

You will own ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC implementations with a focus on scalable architecture. You will lead catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal efforts, align ITIL processes, and drive automation, integrations, upgrades, and incident resolution while collaborating with stakeholders and steering technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Job description

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.

Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ITIL Foundation
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Nice to Have:

• DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
