Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead administration, development, and solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC. The role focuses on Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal while upholding ITIL standards.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential, with CSA, CIS, ITIL Foundation, CTA as preferred certifications. Nice-to-have: DevOps and large-scale integrations.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in administration, development, and solution architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
• Strong ITIL processes understanding.
• Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Preferred Certifications: CSA, CIS, ITIL Foundation, CTA.
• Nice to Have: DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.

Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

ITIL Foundation

Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Nice to Have:

DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.

Enterprise application integrations.

Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
