The candidate will drive ITIL-aligned processes, workflow automation, integrations, and platform upgrades while delivering reliable, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.

Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ITIL Foundation

Nice to Have

• DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
