Job summary

Centennial Technologies seeks a ServiceNow Senior Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for federal clients. This hands-on leader guides development efforts, ensuring best practices and scalable, high-quality capabilities.

In this execution-focused role, you will lead design and development across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom apps, mentor teams, and drive code reviews.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Experience developing custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts or serve as a technical point of contact.
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom apps.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Serve as technical lead for development teams, providing guidance and code reviews.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using key components (BRs, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
• Support integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the platform.
• Collaborate with architects to align solutions with platform strategy.
• Support testing activities and contribute to documentation.
