Job summary
Cook Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer to drive complex ITSM/ITOM solutions across an enterprise. You will lead design, development, and production support, collaborating with product owners, analysts, architects, QA, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow capabilities.
You will mentor developers, influence architecture decisions, and contribute to platform governance and automation initiatives in a hybrid, enterprise environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering or enterprise app development experience.
- 7+ years designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, APIs, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, architecture, development, and support of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on leadership across architecture, design decisions, and development execution.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers across development aspects.
