Job summary

Atidan Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to guide design, development, enhancement and support of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You’ll provide technical leadership across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Finance, MDM and custom apps while upholding platform standards and governance.

The role blends hands-on development with mentoring, driving solution quality and ensuring successful upgrades and deployments across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development activities across ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for development teams.
• Define and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Platform Teams.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and platform upgrades.
