You will bridge business needs with technical design, lead governance, and own the development lifecycle across workflows, CMDB, and catalog management.

The role combines hands-on coding with strategic planning in a hybrid work environment, requiring strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ITIL/ITSM expertise to drive enterprise service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform governance, standards and best practices.
• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions including workflows and apps.
• Develop integrations (REST/SOAP) and maintain CMDB/data integrity.
• Mentor team members and perform code reviews.
