Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to architect, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM. You will lead complex projects, translate stakeholder needs into documented requirements, and mentor junior developers.

The role requires strong JavaScript/ServiceNow experience, cross‑module integration, and ability to drive UAT and production success in a hybrid environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow developer experience with Flows, JavaScript.
• 8+ years in business analyst systems or related field.
• Advanced experience with .NET (C#), WCF, MVC, jQuery, Node, TypeScript.
• Expert SQL development and web app tech (HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP).
• CS- CMDB/ITSM/ITOM/Discovery experience and ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Work with service owners to translate needs into ServiceNow requirements.
• Create and refine agile stories with detailed requirements.
• Develop, test, demo, and review work with stakeholders.
• Configure across ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Provide support, screen and workflow customization, reporting, and data imports.
• Lead complex development projects and document designs and operations.
