Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to mentor junior staff while engaging stakeholders and supporting pre-sales activities.

Active Secret Clearance is required, and the candidate will design, configure, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, staying current with platform releases and ensuring security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• 2+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow using platform best practices while preserving integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Conduct code reviews and performance tuning for high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and propose platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, demos, and proposals.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
