Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps capabilities for diverse clients. You will mentor teams, manage end-to-end projects, and guide business development activities across onshore and offshore resources.

You’ll partner with clients to optimize their security programs, integrating SecOps with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners, while leveraging EY’s global resources and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps or related solutions (CS/IRM).
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.
• Certification as ServiceNow CSA and training in SecOps/IRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architectures, design, build, and deployment.
• Maintain client relationships and drive business development activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage onshore/offshore teams.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution with EY and client teams.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions.
