Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach junior consultants, and drive engagements from proposal to delivery.

Strong client relationship and presentation skills are essential, along with a background in security operations and integrations with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and related experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, GRC, or IRM solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Present solutions and lead client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps.
