Job summary

EY is a global professional services firm seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, coach a multi-disciplinary team, and collaborate across Cybersecurity and other competencies, supporting pursuits and client relationships.

You will participate in business development, respond to proposals, and help shape security operations strategies using SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with required work experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow and experience implementing SecOps/IRM/GRC.
• Experience leading a team and engaging with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build ServiceNow SecOps solutions for clients.
• Lead end-to-end projects and mentor team members across onshore/offshore locations.
• Support business development, including proposals and client relationships.
• Travel to meet client obligations as needed.
