Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, coach multi-location teams, and contribute to pursuit activities while advancing clients’ security postures and cyber risk programs.

You will work across security operations capabilities, including Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Threat Intelligence, within a global consulting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field; 5 years' experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Alternative: Master's degree with 4 years' experience.
• Certification: ServiceNow CSA and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects, including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Mentor and coach onshore/offshore team members and support business development.
• Develop proposals and statements of work; build client relationships and pursue new work.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies to mature clients' security operations.
