Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations leader to design, implement, and optimize SecOps capabilities for diverse clients. The role focuses on architecture, end-to-end project delivery, and mentoring cross‑functional teams across onshore and offshore resources.

You will drive security operations improvements, advise on best practices, and contribute to business development while working within EY's collaborative, globally connected culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of ServiceNow SecOps/IRM experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• CSA certification and completed Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training.
• Experience leading a team and integrations with SIEM, SOAR, EDR via API.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks and security operations principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects and architecture.
• Mentor onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Oversee day-to-day client interactions and EY collaboration.
• Deliver high-quality security operations solutions and demos.
• Collaborate across Cybersecurity and other competencies.
