Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree with 4 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Certification in ServiceNow SecOps/IRM or related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore team members.
• Drive client relationships and business development activities.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and risk management.
• Support go-to-market efforts and proposal responses.
