Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) consultant to help clients optimize security programs and risk management. You will design, architect, and implement SecOps capabilities across Incident Response, Vulnerability, and Compliance domains, guiding both functional and technical teams.

You will work within EY’s Cybersecurity practice to deliver trusted advisory services, mentor junior staff, and drive business growth while collaborating with diverse teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Business.
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred and can substitute for experience.
• CSRs or security operations certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects and deployments.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution with EY and client teams.
• Deliver compelling client presentations and demos.
