Job summary
EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to help clients design, architect, and implement SecOps solutions. You will lead end-to-end projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive business development efforts across client engagements in a global consulting context.
You will mentor team members, partner with cyber risk practitioners, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with client security objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with ServiceNow SecOps experience
- 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM (4 years with Master’s)
- CSA certification and training in Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response
- Experience leading client-facing delivery including SIEM/SOAR/EDR integrations
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end
- Develop and mentor onshore and offshore team members
- Support business development, including proposals and statements of work
- Deliver client presentations and lead demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions
- Collaborate with clients to align security operations with risk programs
