Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to architect, design and deploy SecOps solutions for clients across industries. You will lead end-to-end projects, guide teams, and contribute to business development while coordinating with Cybersecurity and other EY competencies.

You will engage with clients, present findings, and mentor junior consultants. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years in ServiceNow SecOps or related areas are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM.
• Experience leading service delivery and client advisory activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop and coach EY team members across onshore/offshore delivery.
• Support business development through proposals, SOWs and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day project execution with EY and client teams.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature security operations.
