Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for clients across industries. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor teams, and contribute to business development efforts in a global consulting environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management, cybersecurity knowledge, and experience with ServiceNow SecOps, IRM, and integrations with SIEM/SOAR/EDR. Hybrid work model with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of SecOps/IRM experience; or Master’s with 4+ years.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) using API or Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, risk processes, and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects, architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members and support business development activities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, project delivery, risk, and budget.
• Provide thought leadership on SecOps roadmaps, integrations, and best practices.
