Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager to architect, design, build, and deploy ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions for diverse clients. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cyber security professionals to mature clients' security operations and risk programs.

This role requires strong project management, deep ServiceNow expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree with 4 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Develop and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and project delivery.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature security operations.
