Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps capabilities for diverse clients. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams across onshore and offshore locations, aligning security operations with risk management and business goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, mentoring junior consultants, and developing trusted advisor relationships with clients, while contributing to pursuits and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field with 5+ years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience may be substitutive.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps engagements from architecture to deployment.
• Coach onshore/offshore teams and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Develop client relationships and drive business development activities.
