Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations leader to design, build, and implement SecOps solutions for clients across industries. The role emphasizes architecture, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration within a global consulting context.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, engage with clients, and lead initiatives that mature security operations and cyber risk programs using ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years' experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM
• CSA certification from ServiceNow with Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training
• Experience leading a team and integrating with SIEM/SOAR/EDR

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Develop and mentor junior consultants; manage onshore/offshore teams.
• Drive proposals, grow client relationships, and contribute to go-to-market.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution with EY and client teams.
• Deliver high-quality work, manage risk and budgets
