Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity to lead ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) engagements. You will architect, design, build and deploy SecOps solutions, guiding onshore and offshore teams while maturing client security programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and business development activities within a global consulting environment. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of SecOps implementation experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• CSA certification and SecOps/IRM training or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach onshore and offshore team members to grow functional/technical skills.
• Support proposals, statements of work, and client relationships for go-to-market.
• Manage projects end-to-end with EY and client teams, ensuring delivery and quality.
• Collaborate across Cybersecurity and other functions to mature security operations.
