Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations lead to shape and secure client environments across diverse industries. You will architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and leveraging expertise to mature clients’ security programs.

You will also drive business development, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with cyber risk and operations teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Master’s degree and 4 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and Security Incident Response / Vulnerability Response certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects with architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop and coach team members, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationships.
