Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in ServiceNow Security Operations to architect, design, build, and deploy SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and drive improvements across security operations and cyber risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Alternative Master’s degree and 4 years of related experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA with Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response training.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations to SIEM, SOAR, EDR and vulnerability scanners.
• Experience with cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment, including end-to-end projects.
• Manage day-to-day execution and client interactions, including onshore and offshore team coaching.
• Support business development: responses to proposals, LOE/pricing estimates, statements of work, and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients' security operations and risk programs.
• Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions, and contribute to thought leadership.
