Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) consultant to architect, design, build and deploy end-to-end SecOps capabilities for clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor junior consultants, and work across cyberspace and security risk programs to optimize incident response, vulnerability management and governance.

The role requires strong client engagement, architecture vision, and the ability to deliver high-impact security solutions with ServiceNow and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Master’s degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and security incident/response training preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement SecOps with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• As EY ServiceNow SecOps lead, architect, design, build and deploy end-to-end solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage client interactions for value delivery.
• Support business development, proposals, pricing estimates, and client relationships.
• Deliver client demonstrations and coach team members on technical/functional skills.
