Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps solutions, guiding end-to-end projects and mentoring team members across onshore and offshore groups.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity and broader teams to automate security operations, support business development, and deliver high-quality results for clients while maintaining EY's culture of integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and related Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response training.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment for end-to-end projects.
• Mentor onshore and offshore team members, developing functional and technical skills.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, pricing estimates, and client relations.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery with EY and client teams, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
