Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) consultant/manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps capabilities for clients across industries. You will mentor teams, drive complex projects end-to-end, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality client outcomes.

The role offers a global consulting environment with opportunities to work across sectors, time zones, and with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with relevant experience in security operations.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and Security Incident/Response related training is desirable.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects, including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Mentor and coach onshore/offshore team members and drive skills development.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship building.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and client interactions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Deliver client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions and articulate value to stakeholders.
