Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in ServiceNow Security Operations to help clients assess, design, and implement SecOps solutions across complex environments. You will lead end-to-end projects, architect and deploy SecOps capabilities, and coach team members in a fast-paced, globally connected practice.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Cybersecurity and other competencies, delivering trusted advisory services and driving business development opportunities within EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of SecOps/IRM experience.
• Master's degree with 4 years of related work experience.
• CSA certification and SecOps/IRM training completed.
• Experience leading SecOps implementations with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop resources and mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other teams to mature security operations.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day EY-client interactions and project delivery.
