EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to help clients assess, design/architect, and implement SecOps solutions across industries. The role focuses on leading end-to-end projects, mentoring teams, and driving business development while delivering high-quality client services within a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, onshore and offshore.
• Support business development, including proposals, statements of work, and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day client engagements and ensure delivery within time and budget.
