Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level ServiceNow Security Operations consultant to lead architecture, design, and deployment of SecOps solutions. You will work with EY’s cybersecurity teams to help clients automate and mature security programs, including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk governance.

Travel to client sites will be required. You will guide teams, support proposals, and deliver demonstrations while leveraging your broad ServiceNow, SOAR, SIEM integrations, and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps/IRM.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and completed training/certification for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow Security Operations functionality with integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, scanners) using API or Integration Hub.
• Exposure to cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and processes (IRP, incidents, vulnerability management, threat intel).
• Experience with assessment, design, architecture, and implementation of security operations programs supported by enabling security technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio), data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Awareness of recent ServiceNow releases and functionality enhancements for SecOps/IRM.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment – including end-to-end projects and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other competencies to mature clients’ security operations and cyber risk programs.
• Drive business development activities, including proposals, statements of work, and client relationship building.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations on solutions, approaches, or new work.
• Lead and support demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions and coach team for technology-enabled demos.
• Contribute to innovative solutions, thought leadership, and internal initiatives to support go-to-market efforts.
