Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build and deployment of SecOps solutions for diverse clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive end-to-end delivery while coordinating with EY and client stakeholders to achieve security objectives.

You’ll leverage your deep knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps, incident response, vulnerability management, and integration with SIEM/SOAR/EDR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Certification from ServiceNow as CSA and security incident response/vulnerability response training.
• Experience leading teams to implement SecOps with system integrations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Exposure to security governance, risk, and compliance concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps projects for clients.
• Mentor and develop EY team members, including offshore resources.
• Engage with clients for workshops, status meetings, and delivery demonstrations.
• Support business development: proposals, statements of work, pricing estimates.
