Base-2 Solutions in Camp Springs, MD seeks an experienced ServiceNow SAM Developer to join the Strategic Operations Project Team. You will build, configure, and deploy automated workflows, custom apps, and integrations to replace legacy processes for the Air Force District of Washington and the Department of the Air Force.

You will work with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITAM/SAM and ITOM modules, and you will mentor teammates while

Qualifikationen

4+ years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, XML.
Deep proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API integrations.
Strong ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) skills.

Aufgaben

Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, and HAM Pro integrations.
Design end-to-end asset lifecycle automations using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and scoped apps.
Code, debug, test, document, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Implement enterprise-grade security and data models; optimize performance.
Lead unit testing, support upgrades, patching, and ATF validations.
Collaborate with IT Asset Managers and Procurement to translate licensing rules into specs.
