Job summary

KaylaTek, Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow SAM Developer to join the Strategic Operations Project Team to transition AFDW ITSM BMC Helix to ServiceNow. Location: Joint Base Andrews, MD—100% on site with ad-hoc telework.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, IT, Engineering or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (or a Master's with 6+ years).
At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, XML).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is required.

Responsibilities

SAM & ITAM Module Engineering: configure and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro and related integrations.
Platform Development: design, code, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Integrations, Data Management & Reporting: data ingestion, mapping, dashboards, and reports.
Release, Maintenance & Governance: update sets, upgrades, testing, and governance.
