Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to support a federal modernization initiative for the Air Force District of Washington and the Department of the Air Force. This remote role may require occasional travel to Andrews AFB, MD.

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro and related ITAM capabilities, automate asset lifecycle processes, and integrate enterprise systems to improve compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with a related degree.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development for enterprise implementations.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and related tools.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, XML, and scripting in ServiceNow.
• CSA or CAD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro, SaaS Management, and ITAM capabilities.
• Develop and automate software and asset lifecycle processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build integrations with third‑party discovery tools and enterprise systems via APIs.
• Create dashboards and audit reports to support compliance and governance.
• Support platform governance, testing, upgrades, and documentation with stakeholders.
