Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT or software-project management experience.
• Three+ years with ServiceNow implementations or platform modernization.
• PMI PMP or Certified Scrum Master/PSM/SAFe certs.
• U.S. citizenship and CAC eligibility or access.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects from requirements through deployment and support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and federal security requirements.
• Prepare status reports and govern change control.
