Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager in San Diego to lead the SDLC, database modernization, and PMO support for the DCMA Blue List program. The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise and coordination across government and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a DoD-friendly background, active agile certifications, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. The job offers full benefits and a competitive salary range; must hold U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• At least five years in IT project management; two years overseeing ServiceNow in DoW or Federal programs.
• Clearance requirements: U.S. citizenship and Tier 3 or equivalent; CAC access.
• Active certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development lifecycle, data engineering, and modernization efforts.
• Utilize ServiceNow project tools to track schedule, scope, and requirements.
• Act as bridge between Government PM and development teams; provide PMO support.
• Produce executive status briefs and dashboards; monitor velocity and risks.
• Coordinate schedules between implementation, sustainment, and DoD partners.
• Ensure personnel meet DoD qualification and certification requirements.
