Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to support the DCMA Blue List Program. You will oversee the lifecycle, web database engineering, and modernization of the platform, while providing technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support to Government PMs.

The role requires DoD/DoC experience, ServiceNow expertise, and security clearances, with a focus on delivering on schedule and within scope for complex federal IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• At least five years of IT project management experience in enterprise portfolios.
• Experience overseeing ServiceNow implementations in DoD or Federal programs.
• Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development lifecycle and modernization of the Blue List platform.
• Leverage ServiceNow project management tools to track schedule, scope, and program requirements.
• Coordinate Government PMO activities and provide IV&V oversight and independent recommendations.
• Produce executive status briefings and cross‑vendor dashboards.
• Ensure personnel meet DoD 8140.03 qualifications and certification requirements.
