Job summary

Digital Consultants seeks an IT Project Manager to support the DCMA Blue List Program in Fort Lee, VA. You will oversee the software development lifecycle, provide PMO support, and manage DoD/Federal program expectations within ServiceNow platforms.

The role requires active CSM/PMI-ACP/PMP certifications, 5+ years in IT project management, and DoW cloud experience (IL-4+). Travel to client sites may be required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a technical discipline required.
• At least five (5) years of IT project management experience, PMO support, or IV&V for enterprise IT portfolios.
• Two (2) years specifically overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within DoW or Federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the software development lifecycle, web database engineering, and modernization of the digital Blue List platform, with PMO support.
• Ensure ServiceNow capabilities are leveraged for project management, with on-schedule delivery within scope.
• Coordinate with Government PM and development/sustainment teams, providing IV&V and independent recommendations.
