Job summary

Contracting Resources Group is seeking two IT Project Managers to oversee the SDLC, web database engineering, and modernization of the Blue List platform, providing technical oversight and PMO support to the Government IT Program Manager.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ServiceNow management experience in a government or federal setting and can deliver executive-level briefings on cross-vendor program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Systems Engineering or a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience including PMO support.
• 2+ years overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within DoW or Federal programs.
• Active certification: CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Knowledge of DoW secure cloud infrastructure (IL-4+) and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Agile Development 2.0 modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the software development lifecycle and modernization of the Blue List platform with PMO support.
• Bridge Government IT Program Manager and development/sustainment teams as the technical oversight and integration lead.
• Review evaluations and provide independent recommendations on technical submissions.
• Coordinate schedules and technical dependencies between teams and external DoW/DoD partners.
• Leverage ServiceNow project management tools to track progress and dashboards.
• Provide executive-level status briefings, metrics, and compliance documentation.
