Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a large-scale implementation and transformation program for a major enterprise. The role involves driving execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate has deep ServiceNow project experience, strong budget, scope and risk management, and deep stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
3+ years managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
On-site work in Orlando, FL four days per week; willing to work w2.
Experience with cross-functional teams, governance, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow implementation program from planning through deployment.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, developers, architects, vendors, and leadership.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status updates.
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure deployment of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and Service Catalog modules.
Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and releases.
Monitor project health with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Drive change management and user adoption strategies.
