A ServiceNow Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for the ServiceNow platform, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication from initiation to post-go-live support. They drive technical teams, ensure adherence to Agile/ITIL methodologies, and manage risks to align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps).
- Scope & Planning: Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams/developers.
- Resource Management: Coordinate project teams, manage project scheduling, and monitor resource utilization.
- Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation plans.
- Delivery & Quality: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Reporting: Facilitate status meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience managing full lifecycle ServiceNow projects, typically in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and IT service management (ITIL) principles.
