Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a ServiceNow SPM Lead to drive end-to-end transformation programs for enterprise clients. You will own delivery governance, milestones, budgets, and quality metrics with on-site and offshore teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define demand, roadmap and resource management; drive planning across ServiceNow SPM modules; provide strategic guidance and ensure governance and successful release execution.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM transformations for enterprise customers.
• Define delivery governance including milestones budgets and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define portfolio demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend ServiceNow SPM transformation and implementation programs for enterprise customers
• Own delivery governance scope schedules milestones budget and quality metrics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define portfolio project demand and resource management processes
• Drive solution planning and execution across ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM Demand Management Resource Management and Agile frameworks
• Provide strategic guidance and roadmap recommendations aligned with client business objectives
• Manage onsiteoffshore delivery teams and ensure adherence to delivery commitments
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings governance reviews and status reporting
• Identify project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices development standards and platform governance
• Coordinate with architects developers business analysts and testing teams for successful release execution
• Support presales estimation solution planning and proposal activities when required
• Establish strong relationships with client leadership and key business sponsors
