Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Houston, TX seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of multiple ServiceNow modules within our Service Delivery team. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate with implementation partners and vendors, and ensure delivery across business and technical stakeholders, driving adoption and smooth transition to support.

The role requires strong vendor management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

Proven experience managing enterprise technology implementations.
Experience managing third-party implementation vendors and system integrators.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow module implementations across Business Continuity, AI Control Tower, and Vulnerability Management.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, configuration, integrations, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
Manage vendors and partners to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, status reviews, updates, and steering committee discussions.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations.
Drive user adoption and change management with stakeholder sign-off.
