Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Leader to drive enterprise IT transformation projects for clients in the United States. You will lead post-sales engagements, shape scope, manage budgets, and ensure outcomes align with client goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of ServiceNow delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management, and relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL. Travel up to 0–100% may be required for client work.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including multi-workstream programs.
Minimum 4 years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery (scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction).
Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
Lead and manage the implementation project team.
Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
Identify opportunities to provide additional value and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
