Job summary

eNcloud Services LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience to lead end-to-end projects across continuity, AI Control Tower, and vulnerability management domains.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, cybersecurity, and platform stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and secure handover to operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT project management or delivery experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow module implementation or enhancement experience.
• Experience in at least one of: business continuity/DR, AI Control Tower, or vulnerability management.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow module implementation projects from initiation to operations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate stakeholders, developers, architects, infrastructure, security teams, and vendors.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
• Lead governance meetings, status updates, and steering committee discussions.
• Coordinate requirements workshops, design reviews, config, testing, and UAT.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, release readiness, and operations handover.
• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and resolve blockers and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet security standards and governance expectations.
